VULKAN plans to launch its operations ahead of schedule. Due to the Corona Virus that had halted the global economy, we witnessed a world that is Cleaner, Fresher and Healthier for those who inhabit this Planet. There has never been a better time for us to introduce ourselves and be at the forefront of the next pandemic. Why? If a lock-down was to happen again for an extended period, you'd be able to power a Diesel generator and also commute in vehicles.

Our Company

VULKAN has been perfecting its modular PTE (Plastic to Energy) systems which will benefit the world and engage future generations of individuals, existing companies and municipalities to address the plastic problem we're all facing today. Efficient and practical Solutions need to be introduced at the source.

We're a motivated group of professionals who understand that current waste management practices fall short and an innovative business method primarily focusing on regional and state problems must be introduced soon. Our mobile and modular solutions ensure  quick, simple and easy installation. A 100% scalable solution. If we are to make a change, we must be the change.

Technology

The Pyro  Mechs - our flagship consumer product - are engineered for safety and ease of use. The current model works on the simple yet effective process of Thermal Pyrolysis. We DO NOT burn the plastic. Each load is heated to a perfect degree of molecular separation inside an enclosed reactor chamber. Thermochemical process.

The plastic polymers literally break down back to its original form. A sustainable Diesel oil. Propane/SynGas is also released during the process which is also captured to further harness more energy. The plastic by-product left behind is 'Carbon Black' which is commonly used in inks, roadworks, tyres and also fertilizer. We have managed to create two constant revenue streams.

Plastic Polluted Ocean
Distribution Strategy

Our strategy is proactive. We build it, we grow. Launching in Indonesia, the second biggest oceanic polluter in the world, makes perfect sense. Our mission is to build 'VULKAN Processing Plants' at 45 locations around the archipelago which are close to the major Dump Sites.

Partnering with local businesses and consumers, we'll also engage them to collect and deliver their waste to our locations, from there the plastic is then swiftly processed into Diesel and distributed to goods and services logistics companies and the maritime industry.

Our 'Energon Qubes' will be shipped around Indonesia placed strategically at busy shipping ports and harbours before shipped to assist less developed countries. Those who join our green initiative are rewarded VKN tokens at competitive rates. It's what we like to call our Plastic Credits matched to the value of real-world plastic waste.

Environment & Sustainability

We understand the urgency of the situation. Realistically, our world cannot function as it should if we say goodbye to fossil fuels tomorrow. Thus, VULKAN was created as a precedent for other petro-chemical companies to humbly acknowledge there is revenue in plastic. The more this message is made clear, we'll be able to empower many individuals on various community programs. There is value in things thrown away.

Yes. Of course the Diesel we process once used will lead to emissions. However, we rid the world of Toxic Plastic, which has ended up in our entire food chain. Our emissions are Philanthropic, as we strive in adapting to a more sustainable world. Emissions produced from our efforts are well below current Upcycling Plastic methods.

What is of import, is to eliminate plastic toxins from our food chain. Not re-purpose it into another plastic product.
